FMDSA Fifth Annual Conference May 19th, 2012

May 19Th 2012 for the Fifth FMDSA Annual Meeting to be held at the Wyndham Hotel in Downtown Cleveland. To make hotel reservations please contact the hotel directly at 216-615-7500, mention Fibromuscular Dysplasia Society to receive the discounted rate of $95.00/nt plus tax. We suggest you book your room early as the hotel sold out for the last meeting. As we have more details, they will be posted on facebook and the FMDSA web site.

 Update on the 1st Florida group celebration November 15th, 2011 UPDATE:

Due to several members work and travel schedules group activities have been changed on Nov. 15th. Please arrive at Urban Flats at 4:30 pm. We will have a brief meeting and a chance to talk prior to the fundraiser, 2ndAnnual FMDSA Tuesday Tasting Fundraiser 5:30-7pm. Wine tasting, appetizers & 50-50 raffle. Music provided by Darren Corlew
